Who you are
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare industries
- Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products, developing compelling narratives, and driving measurable business impact
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with buyers while optimizing for performance and engagement
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
- Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple teams

- The Product Marketing Specialist/Manager will be part of the B2B growth team, reporting to the leadership team
- This role is responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across business units, and equipping the commercial team with the tools needed to drive market adoption and revenue growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sword Health’s solutions
- Bridge the gap between business units, verticals, and the commercial team, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, messaging, and market positioning across all touchpoints
- Equip sales teams with high-impact materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides, FAQs & training
- Measure and optimize product marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and positioning

This results in millions of people not receiving the full breadth of care they need to reach full recovery. And physical therapy practices are missing out on a massive amount of revenue potential.
SWORD Health’s clinical-grade virtual therapy platform pairs physical therapists with FDA-listed wearable technology to deliver personalized treatment plans that are more effective, easier and less expensive than traditional physical therapy. This encourages patients to complete their regimes, and allows practices to bolster their income.
