What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Found
- Team Found is looking for an ambitious Commercial Associate to be our second sales hire and help scale our go-to-market engine from the ground up
- Found is Lottie's CRM platform designed to help care providers manage, prioritise, and forecast their occupancy and enquiries
- This is a career-defining opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience who wants to accelerate their commercial career in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to running demos, closing deals, and ensuring successful customer adoption—while building the foundations of our sales playbook
- As the second commercial hire for Found, you'll have huge influence and autonomy to shape how we grow
- You'll work directly with the Head of Commercial, with access to the Founders, Product, Engineering, and the wider team
- This is a full-cycle 360 sales role where you'll own the entire customer journey from first touch to successful adoption:
- Identify and research potential clients, then build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, run tailored product demos, and qualify opportunities
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously, negotiate terms, and drive opportunities to close while accurately forecasting your pipeline
- Ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success and stay involved in early implementation to guarantee customer success
- Create and document best-in-class sales processes, messaging, and materials while providing market feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Found platform as our second sales hire
- Building a scalable sales engine from early-stage—owning the process, messaging, and playbook that future team members will use
- Mastering the full 360 sales cycle in a consultative B2B SaaS environment where you own everything from prospecting to close
- Communicating complex value to care providers who may not be tech-savvy, helping them understand how Found transforms their business
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer journeys and feed critical market insights back to Product and Engineering

Choosing a care home is often a hugely daunting, complex, and expensive process, coming at a time that's already stressful enough. What's more, the UK's ageing population is growing at an increasing rate, putting more strain on social care than ever before. The result is that 44% of care seekers often ultimately regret their choice of care home, something that has had increasing attention since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lottie aims to address this in part by simplifying the process of finding the perfect care home for every individual's specific needs. Its online marketplace gives users all the tools to select and compare the UK's best-performing care homes, taking into account CQC reports, facilities, treatment methods, and location.
Having received investment, Lottie aims to continue its growth to reshape the future of the care industry. It is doing so with a strong emphasis on data and real-time information, collecting datasets that will be vital not just to its business operations, but potentially to the UK government and healthcare policy too.
