Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with proven B2B experience in SaaS or Telecom, who is results-driven, strategic, and thrives on creating and closing opportunities
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, Telecom, or related industries
- Demonstrated success managing the entire sales funnel, from lead creation to deal closure
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Skilled in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot)
- Expertise in email domain management and tools for contact list building and email automation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key player in US Mobile’s growth strategy. You will manage the full sales funnel—from prospecting and generating leads to closing deals—focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and non-profits
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts such as cold calls, emails, and social media. Nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Target SMBs and non-profits, understanding their operational and communication needs. Develop tailored strategies to penetrate these segments and deliver impactful value propositions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Track and report progress against key sales metrics, adapting strategies as needed to hit goals
- Warm up email domains and rotate IPs to maximize email deliverability. Build contact lists using advanced techniques, including web scraping and other automated tools. Develop and execute personalized email campaigns to engage and convert prospects
- Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with leadership to improve the sales process and identify new opportunities for growth
- Stay updated on US Mobile’s product offerings and industry trends in Telecom and SaaS. Apply innovative sales techniques to outperform competitors
Our take
4G networks transformed our internet experience with faster speeds and better connectivity, and 5G is now taking this further with even quicker speeds. Although 5G is becoming more common, it remains relatively new and not universally available. Networks offering 5G can be costly and might not always match the features of 4G networks.
US Mobile provides 5G mobile data connectivity in the US, claiming to reach speeds of up to 3GB p/s through eSIMs that can be activated remotely. The company offers a range of plans from cheap "talk and text" to unlimited data packages, the latter of which comes with a variety of perks such as free streaming service subscriptions and free international calls.
Whilst the company will face competition from the growing number of 5G network providers, US Mobile stands out by focusing on providing access to all, from unlimited family 3GB p/s packages to individual basic text and call SIMs. The company also guarantees full US coverage, in addition to providing various group pool packages for families and businesses - features which should see it remain a strong option in the market.
