Product Manager, Amazon

• 3+ years of product management experience

• Brand and Top of Funnel ownership: Work with internal and external marketing teams to drive brand and traffic strategy for member growth worldwide. Identify cross-country and cross-segment best practices for existing initiatives and develop novel engagement mechanisms from a deep understanding of customer needs
• Develop new channels: Identify new member acquisition channels and define the acquisition and management experience for each channel. Identify flywheel drivers with internal Amazon and 3P services and accelerate membership growth through win-win partnerships with best-in-class B2B service providers
• Strategic growth initiatives: Develop offers or plans for specific customer segments. Ensure membership continues to be a key driver of Amazon Business growth
• Extracting and analyzing large datasets to uncover growth opportunities
• Preparing key business documents and reports to drive decision-making
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to refine strategies based on data insights
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to implement growth initiatives
• Automating and optimizing reporting tools to improve efficiency
