What the job involves

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a 15-month contract to cover a parental leave
The Product Marketing team helps in accelerating Jobber’s growth through actionable customer and market insights, compelling storytelling and impactful end-to-end experiences that help us all win
Working closely with key stakeholders across the company, they drive pricing and packaging, positioning and messaging, product launches, market research and other initiatives that push our brand and business forward
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be the primary marketing partner for our Marketing Suite—a critical and fast-growing part of our platform that includes tools to help our customers grow their own businesses
You’ll drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, influence product adoption, and support expansion and monetization of this product area. You’ll also contribute to strategic initiatives that shape our broader product marketing discipline
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with visibility across Product, Sales, Strategy, and Growth teams
Own GTM strategy and execution for the Marketing Suite, including launches, campaigns, and pricing & packaging recommendations
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Lifecycle Strategy teams to align plans and deliver integrated campaigns
Design and run marketing programs that drive adoption, usage, and expansion across customer segments
Lead customer and market research to uncover insights that inform positioning, product development, and differentiation
Champion the voice of the customer across the organization—turning insights into compelling, actionable narratives
Evolve and scale a clear, compelling value proposition and messaging framework for the product
Ensure consistent narrative execution across channels—web, in-app, email, and customer-facing content
Define success metrics and track campaign and product performance through dashboards, insights, and experimentation
Share learnings cross-functionally and iterate based on results
