Role
Who you are
- 6+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in fintech/financial services/digital assets
- Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex, multi‑party, multi‑year deals with Financial InstitutionIs and enterprise platforms
- Proven experience taking new crypto products from 0 to 1 with deep cross‑functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Compliance)
- Fluency in stablecoins, tokenization, and money‑movement economics; comfortable operating in regulated environments and navigating partner risk, InfoSec, and compliance reviews
- Excellent executive presence and communication; able to simplify complex concepts, build trust, and drive decisions across senior stakeholders
- High‑ownership, resourceful, and effective in ambiguous, fast‑moving contexts
What the job involves
- Growth is the team at Paxos that builds and manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients
- We partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to bring new crypto products to market and scale them with banks, brokerages, payments providers, and fintechs
- Originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that grow our stablecoin, tokenized assets, and crypto brokerage lines
- Drive 0 to 1 commercialization with cross‑functional teams
- Build a go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financial institutions alongside cross functional partners to set the direction, goals, timelines and milestones for the product build

Paxos develops regulation-compliant infrastructure services for companies looking to add features like crypto brokerages or branded stablecoins to their customer offerings. Its focus on regulatory compliance, and its status as one of only three national trusts born in the crypto ecosystem, gives it an edge in building a unique and global network of enterprise customers.
Cryptocurrency remains a risky sector, so a company at the forefront of crypto regulation is proving highly attractive to a growing sector of enterprises tentatively dipping their toes in. It is pushing ahead of competitors as one of the largest crypto/blockchain startups with substantial funding and an impressive valuation.
Its growth has been backed up by material results, too. It has established relationships with firms like Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Mastercard. PayPal also leverages Paxos on its backend to enable its users to buy, sell and hold crypto. This proven success with an expanding roster of big-name clients is very impressive, as is the company's success in receiving approval to convert to an OCC National Trust Bank.
