BPO sales — outbound or upselling roles at a call center with U.S. client exposure
SDR/BDR promoted to AE — you've already made the jump, or you're ready to make it now
Any sales role where rejection was part of the job and you showed up anyway
English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets — any industry, B2B or B2C
CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent
Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours
Stable home internet (min. 40 Mbps) for daily video calls

Magic gives you 50+ warm inbound leads every month. No cold calling, no list-building, no prospecting from scratch. Your skills — the discipline, the persistence, the ability to handle rejection without flinching — are the exact thing our warm leads need on the other end of the phone
The Account Executive role, with one key difference: every lead is inbound and warm
No cold outreach required
Top performers hit 80–150% of monthly target consistently
At 100% quota: $3,500–$4,500/month
At 150%+: $5,000+/month
Paid monthly, in USD, regardless of where you're based
What Winning Looks Like:
2–8 inbound discovery calls a day, never dropping a follow-up
15+ quality discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level prospects
Every "not now" treated as a future win — patient, creative, persistent
CRM always clean, next steps always set
Quota hit monthly, with eyes on exceeding it
Own the full sales cycle — from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
Uncover pain, establish urgency, match the right Magic product to each prospect's needs
Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
Collaborate with Support and Ops so clients start strong and stay happy
Treat coaching as part of the job — apply feedback fast
Reporting To - Inbound Sales Manager
Your Growth Path:
Account Executive (0–6 months): Master Magic’s product suite, build pipeline discipline, establish consultative selling habits
Senior Account Executive (6–18 months): Consistently exceed quota, mentor new AEs, manage higher-value accounts
Team Lead / Sales Manager (18–36 months): Lead a pod of AEs, own team targets, contribute to sales strategy
Sales Director (3+ years): Oversee sales operations, drive go-to-market strategy, partner with leadership on growth
Key Time Zone & Schedule Requirements:
Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts following US business hours
Paid Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory attendance for 5 weeks)
Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time and other US time zones
Availability: Monday to Friday, with consistent availability during U.S. business hours
Equipment Requirements (Self-Provided):
Computer/laptop meeting company specifications
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
Professional headset for clear client communication
Quiet, distraction-free work environment—all calls and interviews must be conducted from a professional, stationary setup (not while walking or commuting)
Backup power/internet solution for uninterrupted client service
