Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, building effective relationships allowing the candidate to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business

What the job involves

The Data Lead role will report to our CTO and will manage a 3-person team consisting of an Analytics Engineer, a Data Analyst and a Platform Architect
Leading and scaling a high-performing data team to deliver impactful data products
Refining and optimizing our scalable, modular, and cost-effective modern data stack
Driving a data culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and competitive advantage
Developing and executing a strategic data roadmap to align with business objectives
Managing change and ensuring seamless adoption of new data processes and tools
