Senior Product Marketing Manager, Okta

• 4+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience for an enterprise-focused software, SaaS, or web services company
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content for developers
• Proven track record of marketing to a highly technical audience. You must be comfortable working with and marketing to technical buyers within enterprises
• Project management skills, can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive programs from initiation to success
• Experience conducting customer interviews and being the “voice of the customer”

• Reporting to the Group Manager, Product Marketing, this role will drive the business and go to market to support the rapid growth of the Auth0 Platform
• This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features including Auth for GenAI, enabling the field, and partnering with Product-Led Growth Marketing to target the right buyers and influencers
• Develop Messaging & Positioning: Craft and implement clear, concise, and developer-friendly messaging and positioning for Auth0’s solutions, translating complex technical concepts into impactful narratives
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Developer Advocacy teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across developer-focused initiatives
• Champion Developer Experience: Advocate for Auth0’s developer-centric features internally and externally, leading product and feature launches, creating market-validated content, and supporting product-led growth initiatives
• Stay Informed: Build deep knowledge of the identity landscape, Auth0 solutions, and developer use cases to inform strategy and execution
• Partner with Product Management: Ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end Identity solutions that meet developer needs, and execute impactful product and feature launches
• Support Sales Enablement: Develop tools, training, and technical content such as product demos, sales training, and competitive intelligence to support the full sales cycle
• Enable Marketing Campaigns: Deliver key messaging and content for digital and field marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
