Director of Compensation, Archer

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams
• Expertise in Workday, particularly compensation modules, and experience with other relevant Total Rewards tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and implement change management initiatives
• Successfully implement and execute programs that can scale across the organization
• Critical thinking to problem solve in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience with a growing Manufacturing population
• This role is required to be onsite, with flexibility

• Build and operationalize our Compensation function, bridging the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution.
• This role will be pivotal in revamping our compensation strategy, optimizing data architecture, and establishing robust processes to support our growing organization
• Build, assess, and develop a high-performing Compensation team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Design and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline Total Rewards processes and enhance service delivery
• Evaluate and optimize data architecture within Workday, ensuring data integrity and reliability for compensation and other Total Rewards programs
• Re-engineer existing workflows, including job service catalog development and job delivery processes
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of all Compensation tools and analyses to ensure alignment with business needs and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational objectives and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support executive management with compensation committee materials and preparation
• Manage equity programs, ensuring legal, financial, and system compliance
• This position may require exposure to information which is subject to U.S. export control regulations.
