Who you are
- You have 5+ years of account management, implementation, sales, or consulting experience in software/SaaS
- You have experience in explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, building and selling business cases, and improving customer experience
- You have experience supporting deployments with 100k+ employee organizations
- You are process focused with strong problem-solving ability - always searching for a smarter, better way to achieve a goal
- You have experience building strong internal and external relationships, including with senior-level executives
- You are diplomatic, have tact, and you are poised under pressure
- You possess a voracious appetite to learn and grow
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree
- For remote candidates: Prior experience working in a remote capacity is highly desired
What the job involves
- As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Moveworks, you play a role that’s at the center of the company, shaping what we build and the value we deliver for our customers. You are the face of Moveworks for the world’s largest organizations, coaching customers as they navigate the new frontier of deploying machine learning-based Assistants with true automation capabilities
- We are a team of pioneers, building out a motion in a new space - come with ideas, an appetite to learn, and an eagerness to continue to break out of the norm and do the best work of your career. You will partner with customers to take them on a transformation journey to maximize the value they get from our platform, and in parallel, help our product team evolve our platform
- You partner with our initial customers to drive product value
- You develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors to ensure they are achieving full business value
- You partner cross-functionally to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
- You will evolve and iterate on our customer onboarding strategy
- You work with internal teams and customers to drive adoption, engagement, and growth
- You will help customers identify, quantify, and work toward transformational goals in partnership with Moveworks
- You will adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
- You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering customer feedback and helping share the product roadmap
Our take
Moveworks provides IT service and helpdesk support through an AI-driven chatbot. Its system utilizes information about an employee, such as their role and seniority level, to deliver the correct information or carry out processes. Moveworks claims to solve 30% of IT support tickets within weeks of implementation.
In 2024, Moveworks opened a data center in Australia and its service has seen strong uptake from large enterprise-level companies, where IT teams deal with hundreds of requests at a time, helping to minimize backlog and gain back employee time. As more and more workers move from office to home or hybrid, IT support requests have boomed, opening up the opportunity for Moveworks to expand its client pool and provide solutions to help with this change.
With its upcoming acquisition by ServiceNow, Moveworks is stepping into an exciting new chapter. Joining forces with ServiceNow means its AI assistant and enterprise search tools can reach even more employees and businesses, helping make everyday work tasks easier and faster. The deal also sets Moveworks up to be a key player in the future of workplace AI, showing that its technology is ready to grow and make an even bigger impact.
