Who you are
- Proven working experience in project management, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of SmartSheets, Jira and other PM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for innovative solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. PMP certification is a plus
What the job involves
- The Project Manager will Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand and translate customer needs into actionable project plans
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Project Planning and Execution:Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans that outline specific processes and timelines for implementation
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to align project objectives with company goals
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Solution Customization and Optimization: Leverage Intelepeer's offerings to create customized solutions for clients
- Continuously assess and adjust as necessary to ensure the project meets or exceeds performance metrics
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery
