Role
Who you are
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on partner marketing or channel marketing
- Proven experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns
- A genuine love for marketing and a passion for creating impactful, partner-driven experiences
- Skilled at building strong relationships, thriving in cross-functional environments and partner-facing roles
- Strong project management skills - organized and capable of prioritizing across multiple initiatives
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision with executional excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What the job involves
- On the heels of our $122M USD Series D funding, we’re racing ahead with an exciting phase of scale and are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to support our partner marketing efforts with creativity, strategy, and strong execution
- We’re looking for a collaborative, highly organized Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team, someone with a genuine love for marketing and building meaningful connections. This role will play a key part in shaping how Blue J shows up in the market through partnerships with professional associations and member-based organizations, including state societies and similar groups
- You’ll manage end-to-end partner marketing efforts across various campaigns serving as the main marketing point of contact for our partners. You’ll also work closely with our events, sales and partnerships teams to build strong relationships, track performance, and drive revenue growth all while ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize co-branded partner marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, and more), in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Manager to drive sponsorship strategy for in-person, partner-hosted events across the US and Canada, partnering with the Events team on execution; lead webinars end-to-end, including planning, promotion, and delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for partner marketing teams, building strategic relationships that lead to high-impact collaboration
- Provide strategic and hands-on support to partners across various initiatives and correspondence
- Contribute to the partner marketing budget and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs and marketing analytics
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and our broader Marketing team to align goals and execute campaigns smoothly
- Effectively delegate tasks to scale campaigns, while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Our take
Blue J Legal’s AI powered platform was created by a team of law professors and data scientists with the aim of helping fellow legal professionals gain a better understanding of individual cases, more quickly than if they researched an entire case themselves.
Having initially focused solely on legal cases, Blue J also now applies its predictive AI software to tax law – a tool which has become popular amongst tax attorneys and accountants, not just for its speed but for its junior-training applications.
While there’s been huge growth in the use of AI in the legal industry, its outcomes have not been without flaw. Blue J claims 90% accuracy for its predictive software; however, there have been some cases documented across the whole industry where AI was biased against minority demographics.
The key thing for Blue J Legal moving forward is the accuracy of its software. If the company can maintain the very highest standards and maintain its AI’s integrity, it could become not just financially successful, but socially impactful.
