Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in a technical environment
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of turning abstract needs into structured requirements and managing backlog execution
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, and adtech ecosystems is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Practical mindset and solution-oriented, with strong analytical thinking
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse profiles (tech, sales, design, clients)
- Experience in writing functional specs, creating wireframes, and testing features
- Fluent professional English is mandatory. Your daily tasks and a significant portion of your contacts will be based outside of France. The interview will mainly be in English
- In accordance with the legal working hours defined in your contract, you will be expected to show flexibility in your schedule in order to attend calls across US time zones

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team and contribute to the development and optimization of a range of internal and client-facing tools
- Reporting to the Director of Product, you will play a key role in turning user needs and business objectives into scalable solutions
- This is a hybrid role that blends Product Management and Product Owner responsibilities: from shaping features and priorities, to driving execution with engineering teams
- You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including tech, sales, operations, and design, and help build a structured and impactful product practice within an evolving, international organization
- This is a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of an ambitious adtech product suite at scale
- As we enter a new phase of international growth, you’ll help unify product initiatives across multiple brands and technologies
- You’ll have the chance to work on complex business logic, self-service platforms, creative automation tools, and data integration features — all while contributing to a new product culture within a newly-formed, multi-disciplinary team
- Translate user needs and client feedback into actionable product requirements and functional specifications
- Break down projects into features and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and lead development follow-up
- Create simple wireframes or prototypes to align with stakeholders before development
- Coordinate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and validate feature outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account managers, designers, and support teams
- Provide Level 1 product support to internal users and contribute to user training
- Document product usage and changes clearly for internal teams
- Collect qualitative feedback and usage metrics to guide continuous product improvements
- Identify bugs, define fixes or evolutions, and follow up until resolution
- Participate in quarterly planning and contribute to product roadmap evolution
