Who you are
- This role requires a visionary and strategic thinker with a proven track record in CRM management, outstanding communication skills and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Management, specifically within HubSpot
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ideally have experience in the fintech or financial services industry
- Solutions orientated mindset
What the job involves
- Moonfare is seeking an innovative and seasoned Senior CRM Manager with expertise in HubSpot to become a pivotal part of our team
- This exciting role will have you spearheading our CRM strategy, implementing cutting-edge best practices and crafting robust frameworks that ensure flawless cross-functional synergy
- Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to improve data metrics, reporting and improve tracking of performance
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimise lead management, customer segmentation and campaign performance to increase sales at Moonfare
- Handle API integrations between HubSpot and other third-party applications to streamline workflows and data exchanges
- Design, build and maintain Tableau data dashboards to provide actionable insights and visualisations for stakeholders
- Train and support team members on best practices for using HubSpot and interpreting data dashboards
- Cross collaborate across the business to ensure alignment of CRM data

Moonfare's platform allows investors to take part in funding rounds offered up by some of the biggest names in investing, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum - so while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.
Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to their product. The company has also raised significant investment, which will be used to fund new product development and market expansion.
