Who you are
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Strategic Sales Assistant / Coordinator to play a mission-critical role in supporting these sophisticated sales cycles
- This is not an administrative role. It is an operationally essential position designed for someone who wants to sit close to revenue, understand how complex enterprise deals are won, and build a long-term career in Strategic Sales, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Strategy

- 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, project management, enablement, executive support, or client-facing coordination
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to contract workflows, pricing approvals, and cross-functional deal processes

What the job involves
- Own internal coordination for complex enterprise deals from late-stage pipeline through close
- Build and manage detailed deal timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams
- Track action items across Legal, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Implementation teams
- Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate with clear, recommended solutions
- Ensure all required inputs are delivered on time and to a high standard to preserve deal momentum
- Draft polished, client-ready communications, summaries, and presentations
- Join client calls as needed and represent the organization with professionalism and executive presence
- Translate complex internal conversations into clear, concise external messaging
- Capture detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow-through on all commitments
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure strong deal hygiene across the pipeline
- Assist with contract routing, redlining coordination, pricing approvals, and internal sign-offs
- Prepare internal deal memos, executive briefings, and decision-support materials
- Coordinate RFP responses and security questionnaires when applicable
- Support forecasting updates and pipeline visibility for leadership
- Develop repeatable processes and workflows that improve sales velocity and execution
- Create internal playbooks, templates, and tools to streamline cross-functional collaboration
- Surface insights and patterns that help improve deal strategy and execution
- Act as a thought partner to Strategic Sellers on deal positioning and next steps
- Strategic deals are high-value, high-complexity, and highly visible. This role plays a critical part in protecting timelines, maintaining momentum, and ensuring seamless execution across teams
- Your work will directly influence revenue outcomes and enable Strategic Sellers to focus on relationship-building and deal strategy
