Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or equivalent function at a senior level and 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Experience with Gong (an LMS/CMS), Salesforce, and related enablement tooling
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and solution-selling best practices
- A track record of building systems and processes — not just running sessions — with evidence of what actually stuck
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, and evolving your own function as tools and expectations shift
- Experience collaborating across a global, multi-timezone organization
- ECommerce/SaaS industry knowledge is a strong plus

- The Sales Enablement Manager owns Yotpo’s global sales enablement strategy, equipping a fast-growing, multi-segment sales team to sell an expanding product suite with rigor and consistency
- This role blends classic sales enablement fundamentals (MEDDPICC, playbooks, onboarding, Gong-driven coaching) with a builder’s mindset: designing the systems and self-serve infrastructure that let reps get what they need in the flow of a deal, rather than waiting on enablement to produce it live
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement, you’ll own enablement across 3 geos and multiple segments (SMB/MM/ENT), partnering closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, and Product Enablement
- Become an expert on the eCommerce industry, as well as Yotpo’s products and platform, our key value propositions, and how we solve our customer’s challenges in order to inform and create targeted, impactful sales enablement materials and training programs that directly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our Sales team
- Understand Yotpo’s sales process inside and out (including shadowing Sales Reps and Sales Engineers) to gain the context necessary to make your materials and training relevant
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify performance and skill gaps using Gong and deal data, then design targeted enablement programs that improve seller effectiveness and pipeline execution
- Design and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs and projects, including but not limited to skills and process training
- Own and scale Yotpo’s MEDDPICC methodology through training, coaching, deal inspections, and ongoing reinforcement to drive consistent sales execution
- Shape the future of enablement by leveraging AI to build scalable, self-serve learning experiences that increase productivity, adoption, and revenue impact

Yotpo is a SaaS-based eCommerce marketing startup offering integrated data-driven loyalty, SMS marketing, and review solutions, amongst others, on a single platform.
The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe. In a sector where the breadth of reach is key, it is wise to deepen existing partnerships and continue with new acquisitions - both of which appear to have remained a priority for Yotpo alongside the launch of its eCommerce Retention Marketing Platform in 2023.
