What the job involves
- This role will provide essential financial, administrative, and clerical support, primarily within Accounts Payable and Banking, with the opportunity to expand into Accounts Receivable
- You’ll play a key role in keeping our finance processes running smoothly and efficiently, while collaborating across the team on ad hoc projects
- Managing Vivo’s AI invoice reading tool (Yooz) and ensuring it is fully integrated with our Purchase to Pay process
- Accurately entering supplier invoices and credit notes into NetSuite
- Preparing weekly batch payment runs, customer refunds, and ad hoc payment requests
- Sending timely payment remittances to suppliers
- Reconciling Accounts Payable supplier ledger accounts
- Requesting and reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries
- Preparing bank reconciliations and assisting with Balance Sheet account analysis
- Leading regular reviews of Trade Creditors ledger with the Finance Manager
- Updating the weekly cashflow forecast and partnering with departments to review costs against budgets
- Identifying opportunities to streamline the Purchase to Pay process through automation and AI
