What the job involves

As the Senior Director of Global Field Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team across EMEA, AMER, and APJ. You’ll be responsible for shaping our global field strategy, driving pipeline growth, and overseeing execution of regional campaigns, partner programs, and strategic events that fuel awareness and revenue
This role is core to our go-to-market motion and requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Own the global field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth and account influence across all regions
Lead and mentor a distributed team of field marketers, growing the motion through hands-on execution and scalable strategy
Build a Field Marketing Center of Excellence to support consistent best practices, field enablement, and regional alignment
Partner closely with Sales on territory planning, account strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
Develop and execute integrated campaigns and strategic programs aligned to key market moments, audience needs, and business priorities
Lead partner marketing efforts in collaboration with our alliances team — including co-branded events, campaigns, and go-to-market motions with strategic partners
Own the strategy and execution of executive and customer-facing events, ensuring every program drives pipeline, strengthens relationships, and elevates the Wiz brand
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Digital, Events, and Comms to amplify field efforts
Monitor performance through clear measurement plans and reporting cadences that align with sales and marketing goals
Ensure all field programs are aligned with Wiz’s brand, values, and commitment to customer success

Our take

Originally founded in Israel – a hotbed for rapid growth cybersecurity companies of late – Wiz hit the headlines when it became the world’s fastest growing software company in Summer 2022. Incredibly, the company clocked up $180 million in annual recurring revenue in under two years since launching its first product, boasting major customers like Salesforce, Slack, BMW, and Asos.

It’s impressive enough that the startup was able to attract hundreds of millions in investment so early in its lifespan, but the fact that it was co-founded by a team of former Microsoft executives no doubt helped on this front. However, to generate this kind of revenue so soon is extremely rare.
