What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build the backend systems behind our AI automation platform. You’ll work across the stack, but with a strong backend focus, collaborating closely with peers and staying close to customer problems
This role sits at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and product—ideal for someone who wants to build systems that actually run in production and solve messy real-world problems
We’re a small, experienced team with ambitious goals. If you’re excited to build meaningful systems that combine AI, operations, and modern backend engineering—this is a high-impact role with lots of ownership
Build and evolve scalable backend services in Go (with gRPC and MongoDB)
Work across AI workflows, automation logic, and third-party integrations
Contribute to system architecture and long-term tech decisions
Occasionally dive into TypeScript when needed
Collaborate directly with teammates and customers to shape solutions that work
