Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in AdTech sales, selling to brands and ad agencies
- A proven approach to solution selling: Positioning and packaging bespoke offerings across our solution set (THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTIONAL MEDIA SALES ROLE)
- Solid track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other online advertising technologies
- Familiarity with key MarTech ecosystem functions, including CDPs and CRM functionality
- Familiarity with key data and measurement partners across the programmatic ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
- Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies locally and within the Midwest region
- Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

What the job involves
- As a Director/Sr. Director Enterprise Sales (Los Angeles), you will lead all the tactical sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business across our central US region
- You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of first-class account management and proactive selling of our full-stack, end-to-end technology solution
- Nexxen’s platform, consisting of an integrated DSP, DMP and SSP, has a global reach with over 1 BILLION unique profiles, that is accessible across ALL CHANNELS, ALL DEVICES, and verified with advanced measurement tools
- You will drive sales, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and brand direct clients by delivering superior sales and client service acumen
- Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
- Cultivate and nurture connections with agencies and brands
- Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
- Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals by coordinating stakeholder milestones for project completion
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style to persuade and positively influence outcomes
- Recognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
- Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new and existing market requirements

Our take
Video has been an invaluable marketing tool for businesses since the beginning of TV advertisement, but modern technology has dramatically changed how such content is consumed. On-demand omnichannel streaming services and CTV has provided unique opportunities for advertisers to develop their audience engagement strategies, but without the appropriate technology platform, this can be difficult to navigate.
Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.
Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specializing in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
