What the job involves

  • The Technical Operations Team is integral to our internal system development, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and prioritize requests to drive internal change
  • To excel in this role, Technical Operations Executives must be experts in their systems and processes, possess a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Address system and process-related queries from both Business and Technical teams,
  • Ensure all processes are correctly followed and amended, leveraging a detailed knowledge of our systems,
  • Take ownership and resolve any system hygiene issues,
  • Facilitate and drive engagement from technical teams in adopting new processes,
  • Understand and document business requirements to identify and resolve system/process challenges,
  • Prioritize development requests effectively,
  • Collaborate with development teams in the planning, design, development, and deployment of internal applications and enhancements to deliver new business capabilities
