Who you are
- Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team
- Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in creating and maintaining a design system

Desirable
- Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps
- You’ll ideally come from Web3
- Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into projects

What the job involves
- As a Product Designer at Zerion, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our user experience across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
- You will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle, from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered design solutions
- Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft data-driven, user-centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features
- Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cutting-edge design solutions
- Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications
- Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services
- Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the end-to-end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions

In recent years, the Web3 space has become more disparate with the number of decentralized applications having increased, making it harder for users to track their footprints across chains, NFT collections, and DeFi protocols.
San Francisco-based Zerion is a smart Web3 wallet and investing tool that enables mobile-users to manage their DeFi and NFT portfolios, offering a single place to manage it all whilst enabling users to trade their assets at the best rates. Essentially, Zerion is catering to the new, modern challenges faced by users during their Web3 experience.
The company, founded in 2016, was named one of the most promising startups of 2022 and now serves half a million active wallets across over 150 countries. Recent funding will be invested into improving the product, enabling the company to continue its rapid growth.
