• Product Roadmap Coordination: Oversee the development of coordinated product roadmaps across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Facilitate cross-product collaboration to create an integrated strategy
• Virtual Leadership for Product Managers: Act as a virtual leader for all Product Managers in the company, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight
• Foster a collaborative and consistent approach to product management practices across teams and geographies
• Best Practices Implementation: Ensure that product management best practices are being carried out across the organization
• This includes establishing standardized processes for product discovery, development, and go-to-market strategies, as well as driving the adoption of tools and frameworks that support excellence in product management
