Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 3 years leading PM teams or product organisations
- Experience owning product strategy at the portfolio level, ideally across multiple SaaS products or platforms
- Proven track record leading product in a SaaS company, ideally in the $10M+ ARR or during significant scale-up phases
- Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex B2B workflow products with high reliability expectations
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to establish product processes, delivery discipline, and cross-functional alignment in a scaling organisation
- Deep understanding of modern product development practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, and user-centred design
- Experience driving AI/ML or automation-based product innovation is a strong advantage
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior executives and building alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and industry stakeholders
- High attention to detail, strong customer empathy, and a commitment to product quality
- Bonus: Experience operating in regulated industries, aviation, compliance-driven SaaS, or safety-critical workflows
What the job involves
- As our product suite grows in scope and complexity, we are hiring a Head of Product who will shape the next generation of aviation workflow technology and elevate the performance, processes, and discipline of our product organization
- As Head of Product, you will lead the Product function at TrustFlight and define the strategic direction for our entire SaaS portfolio
- You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution across Centrik, Tech Log, SmartSuite, and our growing platform capabilities
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set the bar for product excellence, elevate our product processes, and coach a multi-disciplinary product organization to deliver world-class products for aviation customers worldwide
- Set and execute the product vision and strategy across all SaaS products and platform services
- Define long-term product direction aligned with TrustFlight’s mission, growth goals, and customer needs
- Lead and inspire the Product Management and Product Design teams. Recruit, develop, and coach Product Managers and Designers to build a high-performing product organisation
- Implement best-in-class product practices
- Champion customer-centric decision-making
- Establish scalable product development processes and underlying product operations (requirements standards, documentation, analytics, and release readiness) to ensure predictable roadmap execution
- Drive clarity and alignment across product roadmaps
- Partner with Engineering to optimize delivery processes
- Embed quality and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle
- Lead innovation initiatives across the product suite
- Integrate AI and automation to advance product capabilities
- Identify opportunities to expand the product ecosystem
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management
- Support go-to-market readiness
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, packaging, positioning, and commercial strategy
- Represent the product organization at the executive level
- Engage with aviation organizations to understand their needs and build structured customer insight mechanisms (e.g., VOC programs, research cadences, advisory groups) to inform roadmap decisions
- Ensure products meet the highest standards of usability and performance

TrustFlight develops intelligent workflow automation platforms aims at improving efficiency and safety across the aviation sector. Its product suite spans maintenance programmes, technical support, technical and engine logs, and operation management, but recently, has evolved into a more connected ecosystem. With the rollout of its AI-driven SmartSuite, including tools for regulatory search and compliant document authoring, TrustFlight is increasingly positioning itself not just as a software provider, but as s central operating layer for aviation safety and compliance.
It's a slim sector to be operating in, and one that would seem dominated by entrenched industry giants. TrustFlight, however, has continued to carve out momentum, pairing steady growth with strategic partnerships, including working with Boeing on blockchain-based supply chain verification. More recently, its acquisition of specialist firms such as Baines Simmons, Kenyon Emergency Services, and Redline Assured Security signals a shift in ambition: from point solutions towards a fully integrated, end-to-end safety offering that spans training, compliance, security, and incident response.
This broader approach reflects a deeper industry shift. Regulatory demands are tightening, scrutiny is increasing, and aviation operators are under pressure to unify fragmented systems. TrustFlight's blend of deeptech with newly integrated services positioning it well to meet that need. Development sin this sector won't happen quickly, but they are critical and far reaching.
