Who you are
- Significant real-world experience developing software for production systems
- Extensive Can-Do attitude
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Go (preferred), Java
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure and services
- Exposure and experience to CI/CD/DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring technologies
- Ability to take initiative and scope work to deliver value iteratively, making meaningful design decisions, and driving work to completion
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong testing abilities. Consideration of both automated testing and monitoring to improve team efficiency and reliability of production services

- We are looking for an experienced, hands on Senior software engineer to join our fast growing company and in a breakthrough stage where we build our dream team with the most passionate and professional people in the industry
- Our team thinks differently and quickly, delivering high quality and unique code using the latest technologies and frameworks
- Take part in all development aspects from design through production of a dynamic hybrid/cloud native product
- Write high quality, testable and efficient code in Go and/or Java
- Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product functionality
- Work closely with other team members and mentor new team members

Torq is transforming cybersecurity with its AI-driven platform that automates and speeds up the way companies handle incidents. Its main product, Torq HyperSOC, uses AI to manage security alerts, investigate threats, and take action much faster than humans alone, helping security teams avoid burnout.
The platform is gaining attention from large enterprises like Check Point, Rivian, and Wiz for its ability to fix the gap left by older security systems. Overall, by automating critical processes, Torq makes security operations more efficient and effective.
Since its launch in 2020, the company has raised funding totalling almost $200 million. Its latest raise will be used to expand globally and enhance its AI capabilities. As its customer base and revenue rapidly grow, Torq is on track to hit its ambitious goal of $100M in annual recurring revenue by 2026.
