Who you are
- The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a big workload, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
- This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, runs towards challenges, and enjoys the dynamic nature of a scaling, fast-moving company with modern-day approaches
- 5+years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
- A track record of proactively identifying and solving operational challenges to improve team efficiency and morale
- Experience creating presentations, communications, and documentation, including editing, formatting, and delivery
- Experience with Google Suite of products (Google Docs, Google Drive) as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and team members at all levels
- Delivering and communicating sometimes under pressure, while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience administering record-keeping, crafting, and organizing confidential reports
- Extraordinary organizational skills and flexibility, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience supporting a marketing team is a plus

- We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to provide strategic partnership and executive-level support to our CMO
- You will not only manage complex calendar logistics and a variety of projects, but also act as a strategic partner in driving team operations and fostering a strong team culture
- This role is crucial in allowing our CMO to lead their department with maximum effectiveness
- Complex calendar management, prioritizing, and scheduling internal and external meetings
- Act as a strategic partner to the CMO, identifying opportunities to improve team operations, culture, and cross-functional collaboration
- Orchestrate and manage key team cadences, including team and department meetings, all-hands gatherings, and offsites, ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic objectives
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed and efficient itineraries
- Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture by organizing team-building activities and events
- General administrative duties and special projects as needed to support the CMO's priorities
- Monitor the Executive’s email to flag action items and proactively manage incoming requests

The company offers a managed security platform, which third party resellers leverage to protect their clients from attacks. Launched in 2015, Huntress has grown well over the years, attracting plenty of investment and expanding its headcount into the hundreds.
In recent years, Huntress has turned its eye to acquisitions and new product launches, as well as major international expansion. A considerable influx of funding will support these initiatives, as well as allow the company to maintain sales momentum by expanding its go-to-market efforts.
