Senior Engineering Manager, SandboxAQ

• A successful candidate will excel at leading by example, have a proven track record of professional software design and development, and bring a strong understanding of information security best practices
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining SaaS products for >7 years
• Significant software experience around modern infrastructure technologies: container orchestration frameworks, infrastructure as code
• Significant experience in deployment within one of the major Cloud Service Providers
• Proven track record managing and leading software engineers
• Proficiency evaluating and organizing technical work accurately
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a small team / rapid prototyping environment and deal with uncertainty

• Moreover, the design and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines is an essential responsibility of this team, so that the broader developer experience is supported by providing the right tools to make our team efficient
• The candidate should be able to make individual contributions to the codebase and infrastructure
• As part of a diverse team of cryptographers, mathematicians, ML experts, and physicists, you will play a key role in the effective enablement of the technologies we are developing
