Account Executive Internship, Naboo

• Native English and Sales background are a MUST
• You have initial experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a start-up or scale-up
• You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧
• If you speak French, this is a plus, but not a must

Desirable

• You will have a key role… 🔑 turning a lead into a satisfied customer
• To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals
• Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their seminar/team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection
• Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts
• Suggest improvements to internal processes
• Contribute to product development
• Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo
• Train new team members
• The position does not involve cold calling
• Contract Type: Internship (Between 4 and 6 months)

• Step 1: Interview with Country Manager (15min)
• Step 2: Business case (1h)
• Step 3: Speed dating with 4-5 Naboo team members from different departments, 15 minutes each, for an informal discussion and insights into the company’s culture
