• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
• A proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• We are looking for a detail-driven Accountant to join our Finance team and help keep the numbers behind our journey accurate, timely, and audit-ready
• In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across the organization, report to our US Controller, and play a key role in supporting our US entity — making sure the fundamentals of our business run as smoothly as our platform does
• Own daily banking activity — performing bank reconciliations and recording journal entries with a sharp eye for accuracy
• Drive our Accounts Payable payment process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, while resolving vendor inquiries with a helpful, can-do attitude
• Review Concur expense reports for policy compliance
• Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing expense accruals, recording journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Maintain our Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and keep fixed asset records accurate and current
• Prepare and file annual Form 1099s, ensuring timely, accurate compliance with IRS requirements
• Support our sales tax reconciliation process
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits
