Marketing Branding Specialist, TRL11

• TRL11 is looking for a skilled Marketing and Branding Specialist who can take our visual identity and marketing efforts to the next level
• This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in graphic design and animation who’s ready to tackle creative challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, or animation, ideally in a tech-driven industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print formats, including social media, websites, and presentations
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for good design
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing

• You’ll play a critical role in shaping how TRL11 is seen across the defense and space industries, creating visuals and dynamic content that resonate with our audience and clearly communicate our mission
• Develop and maintain TRL11’s brand identity through professional, consistent designs across all formats, including digital, print, and events
• Create a range of visual content such as graphics, infographics, animations, and motion graphics for videos, presentations, and online platforms
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, and other internal teams to produce visuals for product launches, campaigns, and industry events
• Design content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and digital advertising to support marketing efforts
• Align creative projects with company goals by partnering with internal teams and managing timelines to ensure deliverables are on schedul
