Technical Project Coordinator, Rokt

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical or product-related role (e.g., project coordination, technical support, software development)
• A strong interest in Product Management and a desire to learn and grow in this field
• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Desirable

• The Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees 2-3 engineering squads, each focusing on a specific area within the mParticle product
• TPMs play a key role in fostering collaboration and efficiency across teams and individuals by facilitating all scrum ceremonies, enhancing processes, and ensuring the adoption of agile best practices
• Their efforts contribute to the successful execution of both product and engineering projects
• The TPM also serves as a point of escalation, helping to address any risks or blockers that may arise during project milestones
• Proactive and forward-thinking, the TPM consistently seeks opportunities for continuous improvement within their teams and across the organization
• Ensure the team's work is well-planned or managed reactively as needed, prioritizing roadmap goals and on-time delivery
• Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, promote process adherence, and proactively mitigate risks
• Maintain strong communication, facilitate trade-off discussions, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, optimize team capacity, and work across disciplines to ensure smooth product releases
• Handle escalated concerns, collaborate with leadership, and drive appropriate next steps for resolution
