Who you are
- 5+ years Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience in a closing role
- Experience in financial services, legal, insurance, etc. is a bonus
- Experience at an early stage venture backed company, e.g. <100 people
- Prior work selling and delivering products in new or early stage markets
- Extreme hunger and passion for learning, growth, and leadership

- We are looking for Account Executives with strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of hitting/exceeding their numbers and want to be part of creating something revolutionary
- Reputation is fundamental in this industry so we need people who can build credibility throughout the sales process and take pride in industry know-how and winning over the hearts and minds
- You will be responsible for initiating relationships with potential clients and building these relationships to drive deals through the pipeline to successful closes
- You will own our deal flow, end to end, and transition deals to our Engagement team
- You will research prospective customers and adapt your sales strategy to meet their needs
- You will also play a key role in defining our sales model and go-to-market plan as we evolve and target new sectors
- Grow a sales pipeline: Identify top targets and determine outreach sequences and strategies to initiate a relationship
- Map stakeholders: Determine decision-maker and create plan to get decision-maker buy-in
- Pitch and manage deal cycle: Customize your pitch and demo to tailor to individual client needs
- Drive client satisfaction: Partner with our Customer Success team during the pilot period to manage transition to long-term contracts
- Grow accounts: Quarterback post-sales teams to ensure strong deployment and customer experience and manage growth and renewal processes
- Optimize go-to-market motion: Build compelling demos, collateral, and sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end-to-end sales process

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
