Who you are

Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns (experience with SMBs, services or SaaS is a plus)
Strong ownership mindset: motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges
Extensive hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker, Marketo, and Google Analytics (GA4)
You have the ability to analyze data to uncover insights, in SQL or Excel, in order to optimize performance towards your goals
Experience using bid management and campaign automation tools. Familiarity with scripts to automate common tasks in Google Ads or using tools like Zapier for workflow automation
You’re as comfortable setting high-level strategy as you are discovering keywords and writing ad copy
A team player who knows how to align cross-functional efforts and communicate effectively
You have a bias to action, trying new thing and will do whatever it takes to get your projects over the finish line

As Pilot's Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Advertising, you’ll own and scale our performance marketing strategy across key channels
To generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and build campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. If you’re a hands-on marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and driving results, we want to hear from you
Own Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy across platforms like Google and Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit to drive leads and revenue
Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to hit performance goals, staying within budget and maximizing ROI
Audience Segmentation: Leverage data to build precise audience targeting strategies, including segmentation and retargeting
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to build and iterate on campaigns and enable teams within Marketing to leverage your channels to meet segment specific goals
Experimentation: Test new channels, ad formats, and approaches to stay ahead of trends and uncover opportunities for growth
Budget Management: Manage a 7-figure annual budget efficiently, hitting or exceeding targets by continuously optimizing channel and campaign allocations
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and share results with key stakeholders
