Cloud Field Alliance Manager, WEKA

• 7+ yrs managing strategic alliances or partner programs within the AWS ecosystem. Previous role as a AWS PDM or ISV AWS Manager
• Demonstrated success creating multi‑year GTM & solution plans with AWS (or comparable hyperscaler)
• Fluency in APN programs, ACE co‑sell mechanics, and AWS Marketplace commercial constructs
• Strong executive presence; able to influence without authority across product, sales, and marketing teams

• Craft and evolve the multi‑year AWS–WEKA alliance roadmap - grounded in AWS strategic priorities, consumption targets, and program milestones
• Maintain deep engagement across AWS Partner Network programs (ISV Accelerate, Gen‑AI & HPC Competencies, Joint Reference Architectures, Marketplace initiatives)
• Coordinate executive sponsor alignment, MBR/QBRs, and steering meetings to showcase how WEKA drives incremental EC2, EKS, and S3/GPU consumption - and to secure continued investment from AWS
• Incubate and launch joint solution offerings (e.g., Amazon SageMaker HyperPod + WEKA, AWS ParallelCluster blueprints) that remove adoption friction for customers
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams - Product, Solutions, Sales, and Marketing - to build reference architectures, benchmarks, and field enablement assets
• Partner with WEKA AWS Field Alliance Manager to influence AWS field mindshare via targeted enablement, partner‑led workshops, and thought‑leadership content
• Partner with Cloud Solution Architects on POCs, benchmarks, and reference architectures
• Feed product-market insights back to Engineering and Product Management
• Team with Sales and Marketing on content, targeted events, case studies, re:Invent, and Summits
