Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, CoLab Software

• Hands-on Salesforce experience
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders

• We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team and be the go-to expert for revenue reporting, analysis, and insights. You’ll be responsible for collaborating directly with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and the Exec team to deliver accurate, actionable data — and use it to shape business direction
• This role has a dual mandate:
• Immediate impact – Improve the rigor, accuracy, and depth of our current reporting and inspection
• Long-term build – Define metrics, standardize reporting, and design scalable processes for projects like territory design and capacity planning
• You’ll succeed if you can move fluidly between technical work (SQL, Python/R, BI tools, Salesforce) and high-level communication - turning data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions
• You probably won’t enjoy this role if you prefer to work only on predefined analyses, avoid stakeholder interaction, or are uncomfortable challenging existing definitions and processes
• Own end-to-end revenue reporting - accuracy, timeliness, and relevance - across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
• Conduct deeper analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders and execs
• Define, document, and maintain company-wide metric definitions and data governance standards
• Champion larger data-driven projects, such as territory management/design, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting improvements
• Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Collaborate with RevOps leadership to improve inspection processes and proactively address performance risks
• Act as a technical and analytical resource for cross-functional teams, advising on data best practices and feasibility
