• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a closely related field
• Proven expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, from concept to final execution, including wireframes and prototypes
• Experience in product management principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective product solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and taking initiative to drive projects forward

• In this dual role, you will be responsible for both the user-centered design and the product management of key features, driving them from initial concept through to successful implementation

• You will work closely with engineering, stakeholders, and other team members to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve product goals
• Lead the design process from initial concept exploration to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Translate high-level direction and user needs into clear wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes
• Effectively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate on designs
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines in partnership with other members of the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs
• Define and manage product features and their corresponding roadmaps
• Create clear and concise user stories and technical tickets for the engineering team
• Partner closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful execution and address any roadblocks
