What the job involves

Oversee the development and execution of Encode’s educational programmes, ensuring each event aligns with our high standards and strategic objectives.
Directly collaborate with the Head of Research and Programmes to innovate and enhance our programme offerings.
Manage complex events, both online and in-person, across various locations, including international venues.
Foster strong relationships with participants clients, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure their successful engagement with Encode's programmes.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Talent, and other internal teams to optimise event logistics and participant experience.
We hire for immediate or post-graduation start, so you can jump in when you're ready.

Application process

1. Apply via Otta: please include a cover letter minimally covering each of one of the four requirements
2. First online interview (30 mins) with a member of company leadership: this is to check suitability on both sides and ask some basic questions
3. Second online interview (30 mins) with CEO: questions will be around Encode Club's business as well as some theoretical questions to test thinking ability
4. Third online interview (30 mins) with Head of Research and Operations: similar to the second interview
5. At home Case Study (roughly a few hours): a written piece of analytical work to test your written ability
6. Final in-person interview (1h in London at our office, expenses covered)
