Who you are
- 5+ year of operations and leadership experience
- Experience in delivery of critical projects and operations needs
- Track record and interest in handling multiple priorities and deliverables
- Working knowledge of software development, tools, and processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to track, model and present information in engaging ways
- Proficient change management skills with comfort around navigating uncertainty
- Experience managing and driving alignment with wide variety of stakeholders
- General familiarity with different management tools (e.g. Jira, Coda)
- Familiarity of budgets and finance concepts
What the job involves
- We are hiring for a Development Manager for the Frostbite Operations Team reporting directly to the Director of Operations, to support the planning and managing of our operational activities
- This exciting and dynamic role will partner with a wide array of team members across all of Frostbite and our partners
- The team mandate is to optimize delivery to partners through continuous development operations improvements as well as to drive business strategy and practices to maximize efficiency
- You will identify opportunities for operation improvements and efficiencies
- You will manage diverse operational projects across the organization
- You will support and drive the implementation of best practices to help us reach operational excellence
- You will navigate complex problems across multiple disciplines that consider process, analytics and technology
- Work with the projects’ key drivers to establish the strategy and details to meet milestones and important deliverables
- Ownership of assigned tactical operational efforts
