• You have 12+ years of engineering experience
• You have 8+ years of frontend experience
• You have extensive experience with React
• You are a strong advocate for automated testing
• You have played a significant part in setting the standards for a growing engineering team
• Some of your super powers are bringing people together, encouraging them to express their viewpoints, and reaching consensus

• We are looking for a strong servant leader on the frontend to help support our passionate and growing engineering team
• You would continue (and expand upon) our current efforts to improve code quality and engineering efficiency
• Gather feedback from engineers to identify their challenges and bottlenecks
• Lead discussions, guiding the team to make decisions on architecture and best practices
• Formalize our standards through documentation and shared implementation
• Mentor and lead by example, sharing your knowledge of modern best practices in frontend development
• Make business-informed decisions on priority and level of investment
• Track progress on our overall engineering initiatives
• This is an individual contributor role, but you would work across our product development teams, rotating as needed
