Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, PagerDuty

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Strategy and Operations, Consulting and/or Business operations with 8+ years of experience in high tech
• Being data-driven along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills will be important drivers of success
• 8+ years of Strategy and operations, business operations or Consulting experience
• Comfortable independently navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and data
• Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the cross functional teams to build solutions

• PagerDuty is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Manager
• The Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for helping define and execute the strategy to support our best-in-class enterprise sales team
• This role will report to the Sr Director of Strategy and Operations
• As a key member of our team, you will conduct analyses and lead initiatives focused on go-to-market strategy, analytics, and operations that impact the Enterprise business
• The candidate should be adept at breaking down complex problems, and frame these problems so that they can be operationally executed with measurable results
• Leverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across our sales organization
• Analyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and products
• Work cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, GTM, and other key stakeholders to effectively implement strategic initiatives
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
