Senior AI Product Manager, Doctrine

• 4+ years of significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and embrace diverse perspectives
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering on time while maintaining high attention to detail
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be involved in every stage of the product development process, from shaping upcoming product innovations to working closely with designers and engineers to bring new features to life

• Deeply understand the ways of working, needs, and pain points of legal professionals to identify high-impact opportunities

• Turn ideas into actionable initiatives, starting with focused MVPs and rapid experimentation
• Validate hypotheses with real users and iterate based on evidence
• Lead the shift from prototypes and quick wins to scalable, robust product features
• Communicate a clear product vision and ensure alignment across design, engineering, and business teams
• Improve existing products continuously to strengthen value, performance, and adoption
