Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar client-facing role with a strong analytical and problem-solving foundation
- Have AI prompting proficiency is a plus
- A top project manager. You can wrangle something fuzzy into a project plan and youâll do whatever is needed to make it happen
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Familiarity with business process automation, workflow optimization, or AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRMs, EHRs, financial platforms, or loan origination systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts in a clear and structured manner
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required for setup and implementation
- A self-starter with a strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
What the job involves
- As an AI Deployment Strategist at Magical, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI automation platform and our customersâ needs
- Youâll work directly with customers, helping them deploy, integrate, and optimize Magicalâs solutions to drive business value
- This role requires a blend of problem-solving, customer engagement, and product customization to ensure the customerâs seamless adoption, success, and expansion over time
- Build relationships with customers to understand their workflow challenges and design tailored AI-powered automation solutions using Magicalâs platform
- Deploy, configure, and integrate Magicalâs automation technology with customer environments, including CRMs, EHRs and loan origination systems
- Build custom workflow configurations via AI prompting and internal tools to extend Magicalâs capabilities for specific customer use cases
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and Magicalâs product and engineering teams, capturing feedback and driving improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments, integrations, and performance optimization
- Be a vocal member, helping the engineering team build internal tools and documentation to streamline future customer implementations
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of Magicalâs platform, upselling additional solutions and driving account growth

Itâs generally accepted that most workers in many sectors will complete at least one repetitive computer task within their work day. Magical is a platform hoping to remove the ache of these mundane tasks through its automation system.
The company doesnât use specific integrations or APIs, rather, it simply collects repeatedly used data that can then be collated on the likes of a Google sheet or email. The platform stops you from typing the same thing over and over by populating repeatedly used text such as contact information. It's said to save an average of seven hours of work a week with its free-to-download Chrome extension.
Founded in 2020, Magical is at a relatively early stage but has already attracted considerable funding. The company is using its 2022 funds to expand operations and continue development efforts to expand its features. The company has worked with over 10,000 businesses, including Salesforce, Uber, Bolt, Disney, and Facebook. In 2023, Magical released a collaboration tool that boosted productivity by 20%, so it'll be exciting to see what other features it has up its sleeve as the company scales up.
