Who you are
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in finance, data, or commercial operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and legacy systems
- Proactive, curious, and willing to investigate and resolve information gaps
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables) is desirable
What the job involves
- This role provides critical support to the Revenue Operations function within Ekco UK
- The primary objective is to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of revenue and cost data by sourcing customer invoicing details, validating contract information, and assisting with reconciliation activities
- The role plays a key part in ensuring that supplier Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is correctly aligned with customer revenue and contractual commitments
- Gather customer invoicing details from internal teams, legacy systems, and acquired business units
- Collect and verify customer contract documentation, including schedules, renewals, and amendments
- Assist in building a centralised repository of customer contract and COGS data
- Support the reconciliation of supplier invoices against customer billing and contract records
- Identify discrepancies between supplier charges, customer revenue streams, reciprocal agreements
- Escalate variances and work with relevant teams to understand root causes
- Engage with teams across the business; Sales, Finance, Service and Procurement to source missing information and validate details
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally, ensuring stakeholders understand requirements, variances, and timelines
- Collaborate with legacy business contacts to track down historic documentation
- Analyse data sets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for billing and cost improvements
- Support process mapping exercises to streamline contract and invoicing workflows
- Contribute ideas for improving data accuracy, system utilisation, and documentation standards

It is now focusing on hiring additional talent to develop its offering in its current markets. In the longer term, it seems set to continue its growth through further acquisitions - such as that of Solsoft in 2025 - to become Europe's leading managed cloud and cybersecurity provider.
