• The Accessories & Energy Global Product Management Team manages the entirety of the Motorola Solutions radio accessory and energy portfolio across the world
• Team members are responsible for identifying and delivering new products and solutions as well as to monitor and manage existing products and solutions
• Individual product managers work with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, service, marketing and sales for the definition and on time delivery of the product and solutions. Post launch, product managers monitor their portfolio and identify and implement actions to boost the performance of the portfolio
• As a Product Manager for Global Accessories and Energy Systems at Motorola Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our accessory and energy solutions portfolio
• You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a range of products, from batteries and chargers to specialized accessories
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Define product positioning, value proposition, and target market segments
• Create detailed product roadmaps, including feature prioritization and release plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Manage product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life
• Oversee product launches, including marketing materials, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective launch plans
• Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Manage product issues and defects, working with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve problems
• Work closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support teams
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient execution
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization of product offerings
