• Build high-quality candidate pipelines by creating structured target lists, conducting deep research across companies and talent pools, and identifying patterns to continuously refine sourcing strategies
• Drive candidate engagement by crafting personalized outreach, running targeted campaigns across sourcing channels, and iterating based on performance data to improve response rates
• Execute with precision by maintaining clean ATS data, staying organized across multiple pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters to prioritize roles and refine sourcing strategy
• Accelerate learning and growth by shadowing recruiters and hiring managers, rapidly incorporating feedback, and taking on increasing ownership across the recruiting lifecycle, including screening and coordination
