Director of IT, WEKA

• 3+ years of experience owning IT operations in a company of similar scale and complexity, or equivalent experience as a senior IT staff member in a large organization
• Proven experience managing a global IT support help desk with 24/7 availability, catering to both technical and non-technical users
• Expertise in managing company-wide business operations infrastructure, including email, identity management, and chat

Desirable

• Ensure continuous IT access and full support for all WEKA employees (currently 400 and growing) across all organizational systems and tools
• Oversee procurement, management, and security of employee endpoints (laptops)
• Manage company-wide services including conferencing, document management, email, and chat
• Establish and enforce mobile device usage guidelines
• Provide IT support for functional administrators of WEKA’s growing SAAS systems (currently 130+)
• Manage identities for all WEKA employees, subcontractors, and partners
• Advise on, approve, and enforce security guidelines and IT policies
• Lead IT compliance efforts, including GDPR and ISO27001 certification renewals
• Oversee IT and data security for WEKA, promoting security awareness and approving SaaS applications
• Collaborate with the product security team to strengthen IT security measures
• Oversee vendor and supplier IT security commitments
