What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager of Commercial who will manage a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Fivetran products across various industries
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the team to generate pipeline, close revenue, and attain individual and organizational quotas
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of new business acquisition AEs
- Drive revenue growth and achieve predictable forecasting through effective sales management
- Coach and mentor AEs on sales process, providing consistent feedback and reviewing deals
- Manage pipeline development and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with senior leadership to align on sales strategy and achieve company goals
- Foster a positive and productive team culture that encourages continuous learning and growth
