Senior Creative Designer, Confluent

• 5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong track record of impactful work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles and techniques
• Keen attention to detail, delivering precise designs aligned with brand guidelines and project needs
• Expert-level proficiency in layout, and typography
• Must be able to context shift, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management
• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience with a robust portfolio also considered
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Asana
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Eager to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements
• Proficient Mac user
