Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing full-funnel paid and organic media programs, focusing on measurable pipeline impact (SQOs) and ROI (MRR + ARR)
- 3-6 years of demand generation/performance marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment
- Proven success managing $1M+ annual paid media budgets with measurable ROI
- Hands on experience collaborating with RevOps and marketing operations to maintain clean data and reporting
- Comfort with campaign experimentation, A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional alignment
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn ads is required
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Vector, Salesforce, Sigma is preferred
- Excellent quality assurance skills preferred
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
- Experience with account-based paid media strategies to align with sales priorities
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to partner effectively with design and content to test messaging, formats, and audience resonance
- Ability to synthesize performance data into business recommendations — translating metrics into revenue impact, not just marketing KPIs
What the job involves
- We are looking to grow our Demand Generation team at Fingerprint by hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, who will take ownership of deployment, optimization and analytics across all performance marketing channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, Youtube, SEO, Email)
- You’ll work closely with our Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization and ABM manager to launch, manage and scale campaigns that deliver revenue growth
- Oversee and manage all paid advertising channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit and Youtube
- Collaborate directly with Paid Search, ABM and SEO to performance manage campaigns, align on optimization priorities and drive incrementality
- Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and other stakeholders on attainment to budget and return on investment
- Partner with RevOps to refine campaign attribution, tracking and data accuracy across systems
- Develop a daily optimization protocol across campaigns and channels to improve CTR, CPL and ROAS
- Conduct weekly performance reviews to identify trends, optimizations and actionable insights
- Build comprehensive revenue attribution reporting, including ABM attribution using platform APIs
- Monitor budget pacing, ensure efficiency across channels, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Identify new platforms, audiences and creative formats to fuel experimentation and performance growth
- Develop a monthly experimentation roadmap and coordinate directly with functional owners
- Own and manage our email marketing program, including ad-hoc sends and nurture campaign development
Our take
Digital fingerprinting is an essential process in web browsers that tracks the digital address of a device to monitor web activity. This technique facilitates the identification of fraud and spam, as well as warning signs of account takeovers. However, the success of this requires users to accept cookies, a requirement that is easy to avoid.
Fingerprint provides a digital fingerprinting tool that generates a unique identifier of browser activity without requiring the user to accept cookies. The service uses the same WebGL and canvas fingerprinting utilized by existing competitors, but instead of focusing on devices, it identifies web activity. Suspicious activity will result in the identified user being logged in a database, allowing the service to be improved for others.
With this innovative approach, Fingerprint has been able to build up an impressive client roster of over 6000 companies, including 16% of the top 500 websites by traffic. As well as displaying sustained growth through funding rounds, the company has also continued to improve upon its offering - for instance, in Q1 2023 it reported a decrease in iOS false positive and false negative rates by 85%.
